A Registered Tax Agent. TaxFlowAI is the technology platform — it organises your receipts, documents and deadlines, but your return is prepared and lodged by a real, registered professional you engage through the platform.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every sign-in requires two-factor authentication, and sensitive fields like your TFN and bank details are encrypted and masked — revealed only after you re-enter your password. Documents live in your own access-controlled cloud folder.

Am I locked in?

No. There's no subscription and no lock-in contract. Your documents and data are always yours to take with you — they live in your own cloud folder, so leaving is as simple as walking away with what's already yours.
